Amazing that after 12 years as an innocent prisoner he rebuilds his life and becomes a successful journalist

So wrong that he spent a day in prison, let alone 12 years, for a crime he never committed. He lost 12 birthdays, Christmas’s, countless events with family, and yet, he’s doing good in the world. You’re a good man who’s making the world better.

Raphael is an incredible man! I've been watching his Netflix show, he's very smart and insightful. Very inspiring that he didn't let that terrible misjustice destroy him.

Raphael is solid. He's turned his life into a success and his Inside the World's Toughest Prisons show is great.

I've watched you on toughest prisons and I've come to admire you, your well spoken and to have this injustice put upon you and to come out the other end in the mindset that you have is simply just admirable hoping you have a wonderful life my friend (what's left of it) and I look forward to seeing you on the big screen more often. Cheers

Wrongfully convicted. Why is there no mention of compensation?

With all the shows you did, you probably spent about 13 years in jail at this point

Ministry of justice do everything to avoid paying compensation. These people are victims and until this is recognised as a crime of the intentionally convicted nothing will change. It should be called intentional conviction because it is rare, if ever an innocent person is convicted unless it is intentional by those in power.

Such a brave and strong person, he was innocent of the crime he was wrongly convicted for and thrown into prison... it would take me a life time to get over that! Not to mentioned being stabbed in prison as well ... he’s got to have a smooth time for the rest of his life now surely! I hope he is able to let go of his bitterness for his sake and lead a truly amazing life 🌟💪🙏❤️

and this is what happens when the criminal justice, instead of being just, is racist. I really do feel for what this man has gone through, is like 12 years a slave; 12 years of his life he'll never have back.
