I always preferred their Halo 1 posture, tall and lean. Really made them feel advanced and regal compared to the rest of the Covenant

I really preferred their taller look in Halo CE, it made them look imposing and agile. Their hunched over look, while it makes them look ready to pounce, makes them seem kind of sluggish.

Gotta say, the animations look good on the Halo 3 Elites. Expect when you give them swords and their heads bend wildly.

Also, it sounded like the Elites at the very beginning were yawning. Like they were tired and just wanted to sleep.

It's a damn shame that Bungie didn't use these animations for the halo 3 elites and opted to use the Halo 2 animations instead what could have been now Halo 3 elites will forever be the shortest I mean they may still be short even compared to Halo 2 elites but Halo 1 will be the tallest compared to reach and Halo 4/5 but those don't count anyway
