Does the supabase connection use the anon apikey here? How does an authenticated user retrieve / insert data on tables rows, only accessible to them via RLS and where the anon user wouldn't have access, please?

Interesting, but ACK but WAAAY too fast. I couldn't follow this at all. You clearly understand your own UI way better than a newbie coming in. Especially somebody who's struggling with these concepts in general.
