Attractive waists aside, I asked a doctor about waist-training and was told that it's unhealthy, forcing the internal organs together more tightly, and pushing bones to bend unnaturally creating potential dangerous issues and risking chronic issues. This concerns me.

I was just passing by and saw your video, have some info you may, or may not be interested in.
Currently, there's an influx of people on twitter who consistently complain and get mad that female characters in gaming, anime, and comics have unrealistic proportions.
Such as characters with tiny waists and a large bust; and you kind of ruin their complaints by having the same kind of proportions they claim are unrealistic.
