Imagine if large bipedal hominids with vocal chords had a common ancestor closer with siamang gibbons rather than chimps and bonobos. Like basically if the dominant intelligent civilization was siamang-like rather than chimp/bonobo-like. Just imagine how much more awesome beat boxing would be. Or how annoying your little brother would be when he just won't stop making that noise with his throat sac when you're trying to chill.

I have mixed feelings - I love these animals, but I can’t help but wonder if they’re in constant stress due to the vicinity of potential intruders, hence why they’re doing all that territorial hooting (remember- human beings are technically apes too).

From what little I could hear the tour guide saying, it was very informative and extremely interesting!!!
Any chance y'all could make a longer video regarding any or all primates with information like the guide was giving????

The males start leaping and swinging. At neckbreaking speeds. And yes, they do have sickening muscles. A female can break through bulletproof glass.
