My Same laptop shuts down randomly & unexpecyedly, iam irritated with this issue. It is very annoying issue. It was under warrenty when this problem occured and the retailers refused to do its service saying that the company has stopped manufacturing this laptop. I openend the Power & control pannel settings and changed them but nothing get solved. Iam very much irritated with this. Kindly try to help me solve this issue, if you are aware with such problem. Kindly tell me if it's due to Battery or what ?

DDR5 ram is cool but from all the research building my current PC I found that the difference in user experience won't be noticable.
