3 (5-ounce) cans tuna packed in water (drained well)
3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
1 shallot (diced)

My mom used to make us something very similar to this growing up. I happen to have all of these ingredients and I was looking for something to make today. Thank you 🙏 your video are a great help.

My mom made this all the time in the 60's forward and of course I do too now. But we've never used all of that stuff. Just start with the box of macaroni, then add a couple of cans of tuna, miracle whip to make moist and a can of drained peas. Mix it up and eat away.

my mom made this but instead of mayonnaise it was miracle whip and sweet peas, macaroni noodles and tuna it was delicious especially when you sprinkled black pepper on it 🤌

Not a fan of tuna, though. I would imagine salmon or chicken might work with this recipe. Often, the three things seem to be interchangeable.

Personally I think Sunkist tuna smells like hell... get the real tuna from Italy.
