Your dog is soooo cute! It's big for an apartment (at least from what I've experienced here in the States) and you have lots of natural light coming in, which is nice! And heated floors?! YES!!!

Great content. I currently rent a room from a fellow who rents a two-bedroom apartment in London, Ontario, Canada. I currently pay $455 per month for my share. My question: what was the condition of the apartment in Iqualuit BEFORE moving in? Did the landlord have to repaint, repair et al? Thank you, for sharing your life experiences. I had no idea it was pronounced the way u said it because I am from Quebec and it French it is pronounced differently (this sounds like such a ridiculous comment 🤣) still watching but I am excited to see the place ! When I lived in northern Quebec I ordered dog food from rens pet. You can get high quality food like from bosleys down south!

Hi Olivia, I have just now discovered your channel and subscribed. I live in Melbourne Australia and at the opposite end of the weather spectrum. They are predicting 42C here this coming Friday. Your apartment looks awesome. How far are you out of town? From your video here, you appear to be on a hill, which is similar to us here. At the end of our street, we can see the Melbourne city skyline in the distance. Anyway, wishing you and Devon the very best. Robert.

I’m new to this channel but I assume that if Devon is a full time firefighter up in Iqaluit that he had to help fight the horrible Northmart fire? How are things up there now? I read the store reopened but that many residents are referring to it as “smoke mart” because of the stench left behind. I’m curious about moving up there but I hear there is a big housing crisis.
