Hi Rob. I just want to start off with amazing job. Beautiful finish.

Is this to be used as a permanent room. I only ask because of the loft ladders. I thought if it was permanent then there had to be a proper set of stairs. When I did my loft at my old house it couldn't be classified as a fourth bedroom because of not having a fixed staircase.
