Just ignore the enemy, dont go instantly to where the lance player is. Instead predict his movement, most rocket lance players try to charge forward as soon as they see you approach. So try to avoid that, keep your distance safe in the air and play slow

I learned that i need to have a more passive aproach, cus you cannot beat the range and priority. Wait for the move, dodge and then attack. Its the only way i can beat it, in my exprience.

i noticed this too i play nix and i usually just wait them out fr jus kinda stay right on the outside of their range then they try and jump in sideair i jus back up a lil bit and neutral light or d light wit scythe it’s pretty easy

Which is why they shouldn't have where you can land on sair. It's ridiculous that you can just change position like that
