Lauren and Leyla | 4x10 | MID-SEASON FINALE

This is the MID-SEASON FINALE, the show will be back in January 4th 2022!

What did you guys think about this episode? We all knew that this would have happened sooner or later, but did you like it how it turned out? How Leyla was straight forward and didn't hesitate to let Lauren know about the donation and how she bought her a 5th residency spot? What do you think about the break up? The things that have been said? The "you tried to owned me. You bought me? That's not love."

NOTE: When the show comes back Leyla is MIA and Lauren is very worried. She doesn't know anything about her for a while.

The writers really blew this beautiful relationship up with no reason. They created such a beautiful love story, only to blow it up.

The fact that she is a foreigner and used a phrase like"you bought me"...Made Lauren cry because that was not her intention.Stuff is deep.

I'm hurt for Lauren, my tear drop at this scene but I also understand Leyla but we saw it coming. Leyla is so principled person and she want to prove to herself that she can do it on her own. And she to take it as her pride to be pick as resident according to her ability and not by Bloom paying it. But if Leyla feel insulted and be little, Lauren's love is great though, ..she may loss her career of things get expose she might loss her licence. But instead of losing Leyla she out her licence in the line and made a donation.
I hope Leyla will not waste what Lauren had done for her, she may leave her but not to be too stupid to leave the hospital if that happened that's called stupidity of pride. May she not throw away the opportunity. Other people use connections and backup just to be on their post too.

Oh shit! I could understand why Leyla think of Lauren tried to owned her and bought her, cause from the very beginning Leyla was doing her best to earn her living. Imagine the life in Pakistan, she is one of the small number of lucky female could have educated and trained to be a doctor; it's more of a dignity to her to prove that she's worth to earn the post instead of buying. Especially, she is sleeping with the person who bought it for her. To her, it's kind like she is selling herself.

I just hope Leyla come to her understanding of why Lauren did that - out of love and feeling it's not fair to Leyla because she's not a local, and forgive Lauren and come back to her.

“That’s not love” was a bullet to Lauren’s chest, you can see her (brillant )reaction.
That said, Lauren’s kind gesture from the first day they met was just that, a kind gesture to a woman who saved her patient and it turned into a friendship and full blown relationship. Everything up to the point of that donation was out of genuine love, care and kindness. So it must hurt to hear Leyla say that was all to own her. I mean, Lauren was the one in a privileged position with a job, roof over her head and money and she didn’t abuse it, rather used it to help a friend..now the donation is something else. She acted out of fear of losing the one good and stable thing in her life, she believed she could control or change the situation for once and she wasn’t going to not do that. She needs to heal and unpack all that trauma.. Leyla i assume from her own background and struggle, has a problem with receiving help..(that in itself isn’t a healthy thing.) we see this from how the other residents got in her head and how she wanted to give up her equipments until Lauren found a brilliant idea and laid that to rest. They just really need to work out their issues separately and then sit together and have a proper convo about it, And Lauren can properly apologize and then they can both continue to live happily ever after..
Ps: the way Lauren said “ I love you” ughhh all the feels..it’s how you know it all came from a place of love. It’s why intention and action always have to align or you get things like this,

Bribing is WRONG but bringing down all Lauren's love for her like that... Was wrong too. I mean, they say: actions speak louder than words and Lauren's have been screaming from the rooftops.

We knew this was coming, and the way they delivered it (the chosen dialogue) really lived up to the expectation. We all knew it’s gonna hurt, and man it did hurt good 😭 I hope they come back from this though 💔

Leyla has all the right to feel upset, Lauren betrayed her trust, honestly Lauren still as A LOT of work to do before being able to be in a proper relationship

I see Layla's point because when people find out that her girlfriend pay for her to be there that will make it look like she couldn't cut it on her own but one two thing Lauren do love her she just went about it the wrong way but I hope they do work it out they make a great couple
