1..Rd2 would be a Blunder 1..Rd2?? because 2 Qxd2 is White's answer and then 2..Rxe1+3 Bxe1 wins for white and 2..Rxd2 3Rxb1! is what Hikaru almost missed. in this last variation the Queen on b1 is hanging !
