Afton would feel like a actual villan if this was the cannon ending. A real threat.
I also think he should be theatrical, like a evil Shakespeare. Quoting poetry to justify his evil deeds. Almost like life is a play and he is the protagonist. He sees children as props for him to destroy.

The end with the glamrocks quite literally implies that, under the rubble, Afton took the time to repair all three of the Glamrocks and restore them to perfect condition with the SINGLE EXCEPTION of Chica's beak
