We love this hotel. We stayed 2 weeks, they do activities every single day, music, dancing, karaoke etc. They are to many activities to do in cancun..the hotel is so clean, the people so nice and the food delicious. The beaches are the best!!❤❤❤.this trip will be in our memories for ever.... This is the 3 time we go.❤❤

We are staying in the Premier Ocean Front in the Premier Towers, I can't seem to find anything on the towers, location or what the rooms are like. Can anyone help me please.

Do not buy or show credit card info to royal holiday vacation club. They are inside hotel

Lack of air conditioner inside hotel. Do not buy any membership with royal holiday inside hotel. Also do not show any credit card info to royal holiday....be careful....maybe the are not related with the hotel

This place sucks (service, food, watered down drinks). Save your money and go to Moon Palace.
