i remember when we visited a family friend, we would always have this as well as fondue chicken and this video brings back so many memories. I love switzerland.

We LOVE our raclette griddle so much. Hard to get the cheese where we live so we intersperse it with some Gouda too so it will stretch longer

I eat Raclette differently. I melt the cheese with some veggies and sausages in the pan and don’t poor the cheese over it.

You add all the ingredients together and not just the cheese! Especially meat, veggies and cheese. The rest you might have on the side.

This looks rather bland to most, it's essentially just boiled potatoes, paprika and some melted cheese with cured cold meats and jarred pickles.
