Zacian, Yveltal, Landorus Therian, Metagross, Rampardos, Rhyperior, Melmetal, Lugia, Excadrill, Giratina, Gardevoir, Togekiss are some other Pokemon worth Lucky trading BUT the Shadow version are or will be way better in terms of DPS (sadly we cant lucky trade shadows), if u cant get a good shadow, just lucky trade a regular or a shiny version of it.

Currently have 203 Lucky Shinies. As an old player, here's some advice I could give you which could help you speed up having these shluckies.

1: Always play c-day events and make the most out of them. Litwick commday on october 15, make sure you catch a lot of shinies.
"But i don't need too much shinies in my inventory.."
That's where you're missing out so much. You see, normal trades have higher chance to be luckies when they are older, by atleast 5% at max. (meaning around 10% chance to lucky when a Pokemon traded is a year old since 5% is base.) Catching a lot of Shiny Litwicks on October 15 is an investment as you can trade them with your friends for a risk trade next year and have double the lucky odds. Almost 50% of my lucky Shinies are from risk trades from my baby account. I secure cday shinies so they become my to-go offer to risk to my baby account. If ever my baby account gets a shiny i don't have in my main, I have an extra one-year old shiny that i can trade to it in return. Do this with your friends so you don't waste your daily special trades.
2016 Pokemon are a bit special though. If you still have some which are caught from around June-September 2016 and you have no luckies yet in your account, you can guarantee a lucky trade for the first ten times you trade your 2016 Pokemon to a friend of yours. Maybe he has a spare shiny rayquaza you want so bad and trade him your 2016 charmander. Sounds fair, right? xD

2: Always aim to reach best friends with people. Send gifts. I know you're lazy but hey, do it, for Pokemon! Once you got the best friend status, you're eligible for Lucky friends, just like what Gily told you above.

3: Expand your storage if you have the luxury, and keep some Pokemon even if they are bad ivs. When you run out of Shinies to trade, random Pokemon could be your to-go risk trade. Just assure they stay in your storage for a year so you have that double chances.

4: Look out for Increased Lucky Trades during Chinese New Year Events. Aside from increased Lucky friend chances, your risk trade also have better odds of being lucky, so you better just go trade and use the 100 trade per day to its limit during these events. It can reap you not only Shiny luckies, but also normal lucky Hundos which could be beneficial especially when you stack Pokemon that are relevant in raids and PvP. Go catch those Axews or Larvitars or Beldum ahead of time and trade them during this event. :) Also make use of season benefits whenever they include 2 special trades per day, just like last season's.

5: Always use your Free Passes, even if you think there's no good raids or you already have the shinies of all the Pokemon in raids currently. Some friends or acquaintances might want these Pokemon during Lucky trades when Lucky friends. Klink, timburr, rockruff, and some t3 like Galarian Weezing and Lapras are still really good options for spending your free passes whenever they're up. :)

Both are useful in their typings too.

All of those are great lucky Pokemon to trade. I think you should do an extended list though, although it'll likely be just adding more megas. Aside from trying to get a shlundo, the best utility of lucky trading is the 50% stardust discount you mentioned. For me, although it would eventually cost a lot to max, I don't mind not having lucky legendaries because the rate that I acquire candies for them is so slow. For legendaries, like Mewtwo, I'll probably never max it out even if I threw every rare candy I got at it.

That being said, it might also be worth mentioning trying to lucky trade for purified meta pokemon as well. That's especially true if they're legendary, because of that sweet, sweet candy and stardust discount (although marginal). Add that to some good meta, common Pokemon and maxing those out are very affordable.
