I'm crying my heart out to this at 3am. I don't know what's more special- the fact that Lizzo went from being a regular girl growing up in Detroit into this huge star that filled up an entire arena. How SZA went from making "good days" and "the weekend" to becoming a sensational hit with songs that won't leave the billboard. Or how two black women- who r a part of the most underrated group in america- r standing up on stage and performing and impacting millions. The power that black women hold is incredible. America would not be america without the love of black women. They're such a strong part of society. But I also just love their friendship. God they are friendship goals. Not to mention they look absolutely stunning and their voices are perfection. it's been so long since I've seen talent like that and I'm so happy I'm alive to see it happen. I also just love the messaging. It's a song that can relate to everyone regardless of who you are. But the "how can you throw fuckin stones when you havent been through the pain, that's why we feel so alone, that's why we feel so ashamed" is so fuckin Preach!!!! Absolute queens.
