Fabric Haul: Goldhawk Road

Tales of a socially awkward wuss stepping away from the computer and going fabric shopping in the real world.

The three fabric shops I talk about and continually call the wrong things are:

A One Fabrics (where I bought the white crepe),
Fabric House (where I bought the blue and metallic jersey and the horse print chiffon), and
Classic Textiles (where I bought the black jersey crepe and stripey ponte)

I prefer to shop in person. I love to be able to see and touch the fabrics, etc.

I felt the same way in that shop - I just want to look without people hovering! Glad I'm not the only one...

I prefer shopping online as well. I find snobby salespeople very off-putting...
