OH my LORD! I was just sitting here looking out my window at the new snow falling on my one tree that holds on to her leaves well into the winter and thought of the night that Eva Cassidy did her last concert on January 3rd, the night my son was born. "Somewhere over the rainbow" was singing in my spirit and this notification of this video popped up on my screen. I swear, i think that girl is an angel. I'm a cancer survivor and my heart breaks that she passed. She brings peace. An angel. God bless

This made my day. I will never forget that I never knew of her until my high school choir teacher played her rendition of Bridge Over Troubled Water. That was over 10 years ago, and I’ve been in love with her voice ever since. I had no idea she had passed away from cancer in the 90s when I found out I cried. To know such a beautiful soul left this earth so young and only now after her passing she’s getting the love and recognition she deserved so long ago. Rest in heaven Eva
