The elevate ab machine at planet fitness is the absolute best workout I have ever gotten on abs. Showed the best results too and you can work the hell out of obliques too!!

Despite what some people are saying, im pretty sure these are actually better exercises. By not incorporating so much movement in the spine, it helps prevent injury and builds strength.

1. Glute bridge hold alt knee in & hold weight above your head
2. Plank position alternating knee drop
3. Table top drop pelvis and lift repeatedly

Sure, some of the exercises you’re claiming to avoid do train the obliques, which can cause a bulkier waist (as far as I’m concerned), but certainly don’t avoid them altogether. Training a variety of muscles and sections is (usually) a great way to go. Go ahead, reduce how much you do them. But don’t cut them off completely, and certainly don’t do it for looks. How beauty is perceived will change over time. If an hourglass makes you happy regardless of standards, then go ahead! You do you, just take my recommendation and decide what to do with it ^^

Reminder that you can't spot reduce fat. Meaning these exercises won't SNATCH your waist, you'd just be training your abs potentially making them stronger and bigger. It's sad that people think that you'll get a snatched waist just because the person who's telling you to do the exercise has one. It's mainly genetics and your body fat percentage, don't beat urself up when you don't get a snatched waist because of this workout :)

i am hella confused!! every other person is saying something else ! when i start doing planks ! the other day i saw video saying stop doing this .. do this instead! literally can anyone explain whats the correct one to do !even my body got confused by trying different ones daily🤷🏻‍♀️

Can people stop lying to each other, yes those exercises will help change your body but won’t give you a “snatched waist” because her genetics are different than yours.
