Don't listen to anyone.
There is no perfect recipe for Maggie, you can cook it however you like more water or less it doesn't change anything. You'll always end up having a new way to cook it.

Maggie is such a huge deal here in India and with sooo many different cultures, maggie recipe changes as you change states, everyone adding their own mix so you do you! There are sooo many ways to make maggie it's amazing

The best thing about maggi is that you can eat it in any way... literally. Like you can eat it raw, eat only the masala (that powder), cook the noodles with some other spices, etc.

Here is my maggi recipe that I wish I could make every one try:

Heat adequate Water in a pan
Add the full masala packet and give a good stir.
Drop one raw egg and let it boil for some time.
Add the maggi noodles now and let it soften slowly.
Keep mixing when you notice the water reducing, the egg can now be broken up and it will be chunky.
Reduce till it looks moist and not soupy.

Plate it, sprinkle some freshly crushed pepper and finely chopped green chilli depending on spice tolerance.

And enjoy.
Hope you try it and enjoy. Been having it like this for past 7 years.

Maggi has no right way of being cooked… some people break the noodles, some people don’t. Some people like it with the water as soup (like I do), others don’t. It’s all up to you and your preference, don’t listen to anyone.

Just don't listen to those people who says don't do this and that. As long as you don't add chocolate and fanta to maggi, every way of maggi is eatable. Lol. Many people don't use mayonnaise, ketchup and pizza topping sauce while making maggi but I do. The sauces, oregano seasoning and chilli flakes with cheese at top in the last makes it even better. The don't make my maggi fully dry and keep some water and sauces makes it into a gravy, it's YUMM!! So make it however you want, dry, watery, sauces, no sauces, whatever. Mixing and experimenting with food like this gives great dishes many times.

if you are not sure how much water you should put in just add a glass of water its you want it dry then add a little less if you want it to be liquidly then add a little more water if you want it to be saucy then put just one glass of water

Bro, there's literally a ton of way of preparing noodles. Some go dry, some go for little to no water, and some drown them. Nothing is wrong as long as there is still flavor and it's not too strong of a flavor that you need water after every bite.
