I understand what you mean by living institutions. The library of alexandria was the materialization of a living institution in regards to how it could record in itself information for people to look into as well as receive information coming from the future in the shape of the most recent publications and studies. That line that is between a document or series of bylaws and the present time(in its timeline) is what I thought about. What type if living institutions we will have in the future would be very interesting.

No one can predict the future. Just as social networks (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Meta) came out first, then lawmakers had to regulate later. One can make only educated guess.
