I’m a really clingy aunt to my niece but not my nephew. I love him but he doesn’t listen and he is a little on the special needs side I think. That doesn’t change how I love him and how I treat him, but it’s harder to take care of him because he does what ever he wants. He runs in front of cars to get a ball, we say “go to the other side hurry!!” And he does, but when the car is turning the other corner, he runs in front of it. It’s not okay and I’m worried for his safety.
