Also why is everyone saying Elko has a "slow bake" approach when he has immediately improved all of his teams in year one? Duke won 6 more games in season 1 under Elko vs the previous season.

The people who back their opinions with cash stakes currently have A&M favored against every opponent on their schedule except one. ND +1, @ FL +4, AR +10.5 @ Arlington, MO +4, LSU +2, @ Auburn +2, and Texas -4. A&M matches up well against this schedule and will be tough at home. If A&M gets out of the gate early as favored against ND and FL, this team might easily roll to a playoff birth and even be favored against Texas by Thanksgiving.

Apparently, you didn't do your homework. aTm has a more talented roster than UT. Every major football roster ranking website including your own says so. 79 percent blue chips radio at aTm vs UTs 71 percent. This is after the transfer portal last year. aTm has the best returning production in the SEC and this includes newcomers UT and Olkahoma.
