I recently did a 3 day fast for the first time ever. Day 2 and I had dream where the enemy tried to make me feel disqualified to homeschooling my children. After that dream a spirit tried to hold me down while I was having sleep paralysis. I haven’t had sleep paralysis since I learned how to pray over my home and children. Once that thing grabbed my arms and tried to get in my face I began praying and rebuking it in the name of Jesus.

Fasting is your most vulnerable self because you are strengthening your relationship with Jesus. Stay strong if you are going through fasting. And make sure to read the word of God while on that journey!

Like I felt like I had to throw up when I was praying and fasting for days believing that this was the only way to remove a demon I thought(now certain) I had.
