Bale's Batman inspired the Batman Arkham video games that were a huge success, while Affleck's Batman was inspired by the hit comic book storyline The Dark Knight Returns which is considered to be the best Batman comicbook story in recent memory.
Batman has gained so much popularity and a huge fan base over the past years. He is now one of the most popular superheros in Hollywood, his upcoming battle with Superman has definitely got the hype train rolling this year.

Honestly, I think Batman Begins would've been a great place to start the DCEU. It wasn't too realistic as the sequels were, it was a great starting off point with the rich and detailed backstory of Bruce Wayne and with the way they portrayed Batman in that film, I could actually believe he could fight aliens. It was the sequels that humanized him more. I don't hate Affleck as Batman, I just hate constant reboots. Nolan rebooted the trilogy because the franchise NEEDED saving and we were hoping for a definitive Batman which was given in Begins, however Nolan wanted to tell a beginning, middle and end for the character. The trilogy is great though.

I love seeing the differences between Bale's and Ben's Batman. You can definitely see how batman is evolving visually in the movies.

Batffleck team for the win! Sick and tired of the hoarse voice,  black armor Batman that looked nothing like Bruce Wayne and did one scene of detective work. He was awesome back then, but know we have a Batman smart enough to defeat Superman, arrested so many villians they're gonna make an entire movie out them and worthy of one day joining a team of gods among men. Damn, I can't wait for Batffleck.

I prefer Ben Affleck over Bale. With Ben I get the feeling “This is the Batman that I’ve watched in Batman and Harley Quinn, Batman Vs Robin, and Batman: Bad Blood.” That’s who I wanna see on screen, and Ben is that Batman.
