If you are ever in Madison, WI area, there is a placed called the Monona Terrace that ALWAYS has lots of stuff. Bikes, 55 gallon barrels, laptops, chairs, tables, purses, etc. There is a dive shop that does a clean up dive every spring there and have a barge to help pull up stuff.
