Heads up, Blaine! water main flushing coming soon.
The Public Works Department will be flushing fire hydrants throughout the city during the weeks of May 6 and 13 (7:30AM - 3PM daily).
This process removes sediment from water mains and ensures hydrants are working properly. Flushing can cause low water pressure and discolored water. Residents are asked to refrain from washing clothes between the hours of 7:30AM to 4:30PM or until hydrants in the area have been flushed.

When in public do you ask May I use the powder room / Bathroom what comes with it do you ask to borrow some toilet tissue, borrow some hand soap and can you use the faucet water to was your hands or is it stealing ?
