The 3.0 being lighter is definitely a good thing but the sr is heavier for good reasons. Its frame is reinforced and better battery cells. And the bike being heavier helps it be more stable when going fast

For some reason, the cleat's pattern on these tires look tighter than what was on the SR. IF a rider is to throttle up from a standstill, I've noticed it's always best to lean forward to help offset any wheelie or loss of control that could occur. I've noticed the take down speed before coming to a complete stop doesn't sound the same as the SR did. You mentioned it sounding sort of like a siren. I think while going through the tunnel with the SR you were going 63 MPH. With this bike you briefly hit 67 but immediately went down.

When I was a kid, I hopped on my buddy’s dirt bike for the first time in my life, accidentally hit the throttle, popped the front wheel up and the bike about landed on him. After that I was scared to run powered bikes up until about last year. Looking to buy my first one now!

This SS 3.0 is looking nice. I had a Lectric XP 2.0 but I sold it. I want something more sporty and was thinking about going with a Suron or something similar, but now I am thinking this might be on the top of my wish list. If someone was looking for a sporty bike would you say this would be one of the best options someone could go with right now? What would you recommend as the best sporty e-bike right now for the money? Honestly this is bike is checking a lot of boxes for me. In my state I would need a pedal kit though that I can actually pedal because bikes with pedals that you can actual cycle are able to be on the street without being registered.
