Easiest Approach to Derive the Governing Equations of Fluid Flow - Continuity Equation

Unlike classical approaches, this one is a way of thinking. It's easy as pie but outstanding from any other methods when applied.

Every time I forget what one of the governing equations looks like (maybe after a long holiday) or I doubt any term is missing in the equation or even not in its place, I implement this method to arrive at the exact expression without any need to go back to references or textbooks.
