Good info Hayley... Thanks for efforts. Can you make a video on how to invest in UK market stocks from other countries? Say for an example from India.? We do have provisions by law to get US stocks but i am not sure about UK market. Are these companies available in US market and pays similar dividend there too?

Yes a good way to get a regular passive income. Others that would help with this include BP and Shell, as they pay out March, June, Sept and Dec. As you say, it's not guaranteed though. Before the covid19 pandemic, British Land paid out four times a year, as did others such as HSBC. Vodafone used to pay quarterly too a few years back.
