Riddhima Kapoor & Bharat Sahni's Love Story: Shaadi, losing Rishi ji, bond with Neetu, Ranbir & Alia

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and husband Bharat Sahni have been married for 18 years now. But in their first ever interview together, exclusively for Galatta India's chat show Pillow Talk, the couple spoke to host Nayandeep Rakshit about their entire love story. From their first meeting to feeling for each other, from Ranbir Kapoor being the first one to know about their relationship to him revealing it to mom Neetu Kapoor, they speak about it all. Riddhima also shares how Bharat was scared to meet her dad Rishi Kapoor. But the family finally agreed to their marriage and the shaadi was a huge celebration with both Delhi and Mumbai side of their families joining in. The couple reveal several stars like Sridevi, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan performed at their Sangeet and in fact, Salman also took to the bar to make drinks for the guests causing almost a stampede. But the interview takes an emotional turn when they opened up about Rishi Ji's battle with cancer and how the family lost him four years ago. Riddhima feels terrible about the fact that she couldn't see her father one last time, and she missed a call two nights before he passed away. Not just that, she also discusses how Ranbir, her, and Alia Bhatt took care of their mother, Neetu ji during times of personal crisis. How lovely, made for each other, balancing Ying and yang. Never expected Riddhima can talk so much. She’s so sensible and grounded too. So good natured he is and totally smitten with his wife, he lets her reign and she loves it and does a great job. Another Kapoor beauty.
