Finnair is an airline I would never hesitate to recommend. As you mentioned, their flight attendants are quite wonderful, but I also like their fleet in general (with the A330s and especially the A350s). Besides that, Helsinki is quite a nice airport. Not terribly big, but well organized, and their business lounges are very decent too.
I flew with them a few times between Helsinki and Tokyo when it was the shortest route to there, but yeah, the current situation has not done them any favours. Even so, one particularly nice thing about flying with them between Tokyo and Helsinki is being able to fly over the North pole, and getting a small "diploma" to show for it.

I've flown business on Finnair on the A350 and you got lucky with this. Finnair is superb with the best cabin crew, not in your face, just super efficient. I can't praise Finnair enough.

Interesting fact: this was similar experience at Tampa International Airport. Lufthansa used to operate out of Tampa to Frankfurt, before slowly handing it over to Eurowings. Of course, during the travel boom of 2022, Eurowings used Finnair's A350s for their services. So, it was really interesting to see a Finnair A350 parked at Tampa.

omg thank you for covering wi-fi and actually mentioning wether it's stable and its speed. I would trade good food and service for an okay-ish internet on all flights, but all the old-timey reviewers never even bother to use it.
