You can smooth the texture of the crayons with a card, pallet knife or melt it smooth with a blow dryer and a blending stump. Just make sure you press hard when your coloring. Also to get nice blending u have to press pretty hard and layer the Color’s on top of each other, it’s a tricky art supply to work with especially if you don’t know how to use them properly

You can blend crayons but there is a trick to it. After you color in the first layer lightly, you then use the putter part of your scissors or some medal edge that isn’t sharp to lightly scrape out the wax. Afterwards, you can use the crayon you want to blend it on to blend it. The harder you press it, the thicker the color is. It’s also important to make sure you’re coloring on a flat paper without texture or else it’s going to look ugly.

How did you do that with crayons! 😍❤I am ridiculously bad at crayon art.
I tried it several times but I don't know it's just not my thing. But I think I'm going to try it again because I sort of enjoy it in some art styles.

pretty nice coloured parrot :) you can blend with them, usually lol just lots of light layers or you can heat them up and try that way
