I LOVE listening to Cyndi Lauper, She has an amazing voice, and I think she deserves so much more credit than she got, She was"Vital"in the 80s, Such a Unique Voice, and Brings me back to a time in life, that I can't seem to let go of, No Matter What, The 80s, 80=85, Were The BEST :-)

Gave me chills upon hearing this song on the radio today, so many years later in life. Sheer chills. I thought I was back in high school in 1984. I thought of my first love and where she is today. God, I was mad for her then. Once we slept under the raining night sky in a park, nestled under a tree, and we held each other for warmth like we were the only two people in the world. She looked into my eyes in the dark and kissed me repeatedly -- I couldn't help melt in her love. Today, that almost seems like a different life. It was. There have been many other women in my life since, but that night and those early days stand out with such engraving depth of emotions because indeed "we had no past, " and it was all so very new. God bless you, my sweet, where ever you are today.
