Coincidentally I experienced a similar effect when I was younger by taking Psychology as one of my GCSEs.

Its crazy to see how some things like the popcorn are still fast, even at this absurd speed

It’s times like these that the boys remind me that even tho they carry the facade of boys breaking stuff on camera, they’re actually exploring the world and showing us what our world looks like milliseconds at a time

Dan’s ability to stay in character while getting absolutely wrecked in the face is next level and deserves more recognition here.

The shot of the card being split by the bullet is one of the coolest things I have ever seen on film. The skill of both Gavin behind the camera, as well as presumably Dan firing the pistol, is just top tier.

The craziest thing in this video is when you slow down the grinder to the point that you can read the warning labels. In real time, the camera is still able to capture those small details. That's incredible

This might be my favorite slo mo guys vid. The timing of the frame rate changes, the audio composition, the music choice, and even when each shot was played throughout the video. This is such an excellent video 10/10

2:14 - This is what sells slow motion for me

The fact we can never see Stiff objects such as this, a golf ball, or even a metal bar, oscillate in real time, but slowed down, we can see the real stresses the object is enduring. It's crazy.

I'm glad that they filmed this again, and filmed it together this time. The first part was one of my favorite video they ever made, even despite the situation at the time.

For anyone wondering, the song is Hyperlapse by Bob Bradley, played back at 50% speed. I've spent plenty of time looking for it myself, so I hope this helps someone out.

It's amazing and absurd just how fast light is at 3:50 when the water's barely moving and the light comes and goes like it was nothing. Almost like it's traveling at the speed of light or something.

Let me know which was your favourite shot in this compilation 😊

Some of the beauty in these shots interspersed with Dan's slowly distorting mug is something to behold. ❤

Part 3, please! :) I'm so glad that you're making videos together. I still think about the first video Dan came back to and how happy you were at the end, and it still makes me tear up.

Please do a part 3. That was a wonderful set of shots. It's hard to choose a favorite.

Props to Dan, the golf ball, liquids, etc. for all being so patient and moving so slowly for these spectacular shots! It defiantly was not easy for that bubble to pop that slow, what a heck of a challenge and a successful execute!

It was amazing to see the golf ball deform so much considering how hard they are. It's honestly difficult to say which clip was a personal favourite, as they're all so brilliantly captured. Thanks for sharing this unique viewing opportunity. 👍🏻‍

Amazing to see how much beauty is packed into just a single second of a seemingly simple thing.

You guys create a whole new universe for all to enjoy!
That golf ball was crazy! I didn't expect THAT much deformation... wow.

We've come full circle.
Also, this video really goes to show how much of an art your editing is Gav. You put so much into every single moment it's insane.

Wow, I especially loved the Carolina Wren taking off at 2:56. Absolutely exquisite. I'd love to see that whole file at full slow-mo. That might be the best high-detail bird-in-flight slow-mo I've ever seen.
