I’m not a lawyer but I’m not so sure that this would have been a “good shooting” I know that it’s fake but I’m reading a lot of these comments about how many of ppl say they would have killed this man but imo as I understand the law in Texas the only point where he could have shot him was with the knife being pulled on him and not after getting off the bike and shooting him after getting on his motorcycle. At this point he’s no longer a threat and in Texas you cannot kill a man for taking your property. I know in some states you can but Texas isn’t one of them.
