Does this solve grounding noise 60 cycle hum etc coming directly from the house sockets?

Hello. I recently picked up a focusrite Isa One pre amp. I'm getting poor results, muddy vocals/sloppy sound waves on my software. Would running one of these in the middle of my pre Amp and interface help?

what do you mean it needs phantom power? can it work with scarlett 2i2 recording rock guitars?
