When I was in elementary school I was very withdrawn and shy. I had a wonderful teacher Mrs Jones. She and her husband also taught martial arts. My parents enrolled me in Judo. It changed my life. Well I am now 62 with RA and CKD stage 3. I saw this commercial and remembered her. Knew I was feeling sorry for myself, enrolled in a gym. I swim two to three days a week. Began walking as much as I can with my RA and changed my diet to plant based. Thank you young lady playing this role. You jogged a memory. And Mrs. Jones wherever you are Hazel will always love you.

I love the music and her strong hardcore words! No, she is Not angry!!! She is an empowered, a strong, passionate gal, with strong self confidence, with self disciplined, and has amazing inner strength!!! She is Awesome! She is intense! Some people can't handle that intensity, that inner strength especially from a woman! They think she is "angry, " "shouting..." What an inspiration for everyone to Move! By the way, everyone hears voices in their head. We all have an inner conversation going on on various issues. Nothing wrong with that! What she is referring to was the excuses we tell ourselves to not exercise, the excuses we tell ourselves and others that we can't exercise, that we "don't have the time, " that "my knee, back...hurts, " that it's raining out, it's too hot, too cold, "...! Nonsense! I have passed this video on to many older adults, to try to help motivate and inspire them to get those recommended 150+ minutes of exercise a week for good health, to help improve and maintain good balance and mobility, to help them stay fall free and independent!
