Voting in the fourth round of India’s seven-phase general elections is underway.
Nearly a-billion people are eligible to cast their ballots.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a seeking a third term in office.

A reminder, the Indian government has not granted visas to Al Jazeera’s journalists - so we are covering the election from outside the country.
