I’m pressing charges against you: Jim Antera Ross

Ad revenue goes to the copyright claimant--typically the songwriters, performers and/or original artist.
This channel is not monetized. I'm just a crazy music fan and patron of the arts!

Most of this video looks like far lower resolution than the 4K source video resolution or the 1080p upload. Looks about 480p.
Causes:
1) Insufficient light power
* Autofocus—does not work as well with low light—resulting in blur—resulting in lowered resolution
* Autoexposure brings up gain, causing blowouts, which cause lower resolution (a 16 pixel area that’s all white is effectively 1 pixel—1/16 the areal resolution, or 1/4 the linear resolution—a 1080p upload looks like 270p)

2) Monochromatic blue or red light
The majority of digital cameras—DSLRs, camcorders, cellphones—use single image sensors, and sense color via Bayer color filter arrays. Due to the Bayer design, monochrome red or blue light triggers only 25% of the sensor elements. This effectively cuts resolution to 25% of normal, and plays havoc with cameras’ demosaicing processing, giving bizarre, blotch-monster effects.
0:33 This looks like colorized with blue and white paints. Not an in-color band appearance.
3:07 ridiculous wash of blue
More detail:

Hopefully performers are becoming more aware of these two phenomena: dim lighting and monochrome lighting. Therefore the benefits of asking venues for bright, white, even stage lighting.

So I was streaming the Band Resist & Bite Radio and this song Up to You by Toque comes on and I was like hey pretty good. So go to check what else they have done and had no idea who they were and was like WOW! Really good couple of albums and hope another is on the way someday.
Had no idea Todd Kearns was part of it and he works with Slash so more money in that for sure.
But what these guys do in Toque is better then Slash in my book.
They should do another with Canadian and American Rock classics and throw in a original or two. Up to you is a great one THEY did.
