‘Painful period’: RFK Jr. lays off 10,000 HHS employees

Thousands of HHS employees will lose their jobs and the number of agencies will shrink in a massive plan by HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to reshape the department and realign its priorities to tackle chronic diseases.

The overhaul, which will reduce the workforce by more than 20 percent or 10,000 workers, will affect all HHS agencies.

I did read the Project 2025 section on HHS. While was a lot not to like around women’s healthcare and infectious diseases there were several sections that I agreed with like closing down the revolving door between the FDA and Big Pharma. There were other corporate influence issues as well.

If he can make our food supply up to Europe’s standards I would be happy. I took a river cruise through Europe a few years ago. One of our stops along the way was a visit to a Family Farm and then to a small Snaps brewery. After about a week of eating healthy no processed food I felt so much better! I was so surprised.

Putting a drug addict in charge of the USA department of health is really not a very good idea. The USA has a measles outbreak that is getting worse. Perhaps we should issue mandatory vaccinations immediately of all people. The USA should not become a third world country. Public health should be a top priority. Just disgusting and disgraceful and a huge embarrassment for the USA.
