3. Is exactly what I needed to see. I wanted to do a fist/claws build with dragon communion stuff mixed in and was wondering if occult was good. I had no idea cragblade worked on occult weapons since they can’t normally be buffed so even better. I love heavy attack builds on fists. Pure arcane it is then.

I prefer rotten winged sword insignia because the closer you get to the endgame the less 5 dex matters on a dex build and a 2% difference can become a big number in the endgame (of course, you acquire the prosthesis much earlier)

Some comments about the faith/int build you showed off, because I've done something similar before:

I believe Confessor is the most efficient class for the build, and Confessor with Marika's Soreseal + Mask of Confidence gives 17 arcane, allowing you to cast all of the dragon communion incantations with no additional stat investment. I think those two pieces of equipment are definitely worth using just for the added spell versatility.

Also, Marika's Soreseal pushes faith/int to 50 each, so PoD's staff will slightly outscale the Gelmir staff, but they're only like 1 point apart.

Really glad you showcased that build, because it ended up being my favorite way to play the game, but not many people ever try something as crazy as faith/int

My favorite build is the same as your strength/bleed, but using heavy great stars with bloodflame and wild strikes AOW. Will try the grave scythe!

Love to see some representation for int and faith. The prince of death staff is better than the gelmir staff at 50/50 and beyond. Discus of Light is criminally underrated when it is the best spell for cheesing non boss enemies, has only 3FP cost, broken range, hits chariots and blocking enemies on the return like you are hitting them from behind.

The clayman's harpoon is an int/ faith weapon too. Flame Art/Sacred outperforms all affinities, even with minimum int, has similar str/dex requirements and are farmable spears so they can be dual wielded or used with a shield.

Lots of great builds. The one I'm enjoying right now I'm calling the Marika build. Highest stat is arcane but int and faith are high enough to cast spells with the albenauric staff and the dragon communion seal. Everything else is just enough for weapon stat requirements.
