As a patient from a couple of years ago, I can attest to how grateful I am that there are people like Dr Kaufman, people who recognize an issue and then take the time and initiative to figure out a solution to the problem! I can push that damn spirometer back up to 5, 000 again!! Oh, and thanks for playing my favorite band, (Garbage), while in surgery. Your team out here on the West Coast was fantastic and I'll never forget it.

Were all 500 surgeries successful and a complete success for the patients? and since this video a year ago, how many more successful surgeries have been done. Congrats to you Dr. Kaufman and team!

Hi Dr. Kaufman, does the phrenic nerve "irritated" during VAT robotic wedge resection surgery, causing diaphragm to move up ( squishing the lung by half) just resolve on its own?
