For those who don’t know the full story, someone purposely made him crash, which as a result, he fell down and had a piece of metal impaled in his abdomen, he had an adrenaline rush, and with full of rage and fury, he fainted. 2 people were kind enough to pull over and make sure he was okay, one of them told him to stay down on the ground so he couldn’t get hurt any worse.

For anyone wondering what happened, it was adrenaline rush, When you're scared or stressed suddenly, adrenaline is quickly sent into your body. This is commonly known as an adrenaline rush because it happens so fast. You've probably heard of “fight or flight.” Adrenaline is what gets your body ready to fight or flee danger. Which is what happened here, when the guy suddenly fell, his adrenaline basically ran out, he shouldn’t have been able to stand, but adrenaline allowed him to. which again is why he suddenly fell.
