Wow I can't believe I actually just did that! I felt a little bit of fussiness in the right side of my spine as I went up so I came straight back down again, but I still was able to get all the way up! Now I know what I need to work on to be able to do it comfortably. Great video, clear and concise.

This was such a quick and informative video. I think I realize what my problem is now and why my arms are never all the way straight when I do my wheel. I never align my wrists with my elbows! Mind blown. Just subscribed. Thank you!

this was a really helpful video, thank you. I am having trouble getting my palms to touch the ground behind me so I have not been successful in this pose in the past. I am not sure how to resolve it and your video brings this up. what do you recommend I do to be ready for a wheel pose? Is it a flexibility or strength issue? Thank you.

uhuh yeah I don’t know how to come out and I think my wrists are taking it the hardest! Finallg was able to do the wheel last week and I tried it again today and slammed my head😮 thank you for these!

This was really helpful thanks . I'm trying to improve my shoulder mobility, thought this would be a good start . I use to be able to do them but now I can't and I think the main reason is lack of flexibility.
