He is not a sikh leader. He is a member of a terr organisation name Khalistan Tiger Force. During 1985 it was responsible for airline bombing of which 329 people died. This nijjar guy is designated terr who responsible for dozens of killing in punjab. His most victims are sikhs. He ran to Canada when punjab police were after him. Canada was Harbouring terr despite Canada were given ample proof.
