The culprit either probably died, was incarcerated, hospitalized, died or just somehow blocked from access, which prevented them from ever retrieving the money again. Or maybe...this is possibly a false narrative to cover up a possible scam? 🤔

Just check to see if he claimed a insurance loss on that robbery! Hide the money, claim the loss and go back and get it a few years later.

Do you think the PD took any prints or just contaminated all the evidence. Do you think any PD body cams were on. Plumber was not allowed to leave for about 7 hrs for PD to investigate. Doubt he got paid overtime. Their is no lawful statue of limitations on rewards but church claims there is. SOL is on crimes not offers of reward.
