There are many false assumptions here!
Just because she still loved Liam doesn’t mean she didn’t love Stella!
She could very well still love Liam and also love Stella (it’s possible to love two people at the same time). And just because she mentions that "she" (Stella) wasn’t "him" (Liam) doesn’t mean she isn’t truly bisexual!
