The 2024 BMW XM Label Is An Uncanny V8 Powered Hybrid Performance Machine

As the first-ever stand alone #BMWM performance vehicle in decades, the 2024 #BMWXM is a strange high-performance SUV. The #BMWXMLabel also happens to be the most-powerful production #BMW ever with the 4.4L twin-turbo V8 plus electric motor tuned to produce nearly 740 HP and allow up to 31 miles of EV range on a full charge courtesy of a nearly 30 kWh Li-On battery pack. While the #XMLabel may have a strange name and even stranger design, it packs a performance punch and certainly will tempt anyone with deep pockets looking for something different to drive.

I work in sales at the largest BMW dealer in Texas. We received 6 XM’s for the entire year of 2023 and they all sold. What I can tell you is that the type of buyer was not your typical X5M buyer (which is usually someone coming from a smaller M model and needs an SUV). So I’m not sure why so many people keep comparing the two. You mentioned in the video that you don’t understand the comparison to the G Wagen, well those are the types of people who are buying XM’s. Nicely put, they aren’t car people.

What I find strange is that based on all the negative online comments, I was expecting to get the hate out and about my city but it’s been the complete opposite. I’ve never owned a car that has attracted so much positive attention in the short month of ownership, and I’ve owned a lot of amazing cars.
